SightPath, Inc. and encoding.com Monday entered into a strategic partnership to market and sell a complete solution for fast, high-quality encoding, publishing and delivery of digital media over the Internet.

Under terms of the agreement, the companies will provide using SightPath's Internet Media Appliances and encoding.com's Optimized Encoding System designed to provide an end-to-end solution for corporations to efficiently deliver TV-quality video to the desktop.

SightPath's media appliances enable companies to construct their own private Internet video networks. encoding.com has used its multimedia encoding technology to enable corporate customers like Cisco, BMG and new College Broadcast to incorporate audio and video into their Internet and intranet offerings.
